Welcome to our guide on Bars and Breweries in Albion, where quality outweighs quantity. While Albion may not boast an abundance of bars, the ones it does have are absolute gems that should not be overlooked.

So, without a-do, let’s dive in.

Pro Tips

There is actually a great selection of beer and wine available in these locations. And here’s the kicker – They’re all walking distance from each other.
So get tucked into the beer, try some old and new, then try to walk in a straight line to the next bar.

Best Bars and Breweries in albion

Brewtide Brewing

Situated in Albion’s vibrant Craft’d Grounds precinct, Brewtide is a haven for beer enthusiasts.

With its sprawling timber-lined brewery, extensive tap selection, and boutique bottle shop, Brewtide offers a unique experience for all who appreciate the craft of brewing.

Expect a varying selection of beer taps, mostly produced by Brewtide themselves. These beers are strong, if you try to do them all in a day, you probably won’t see tomorrow.

Enjoy the long wooden tables. This is a great location if you’re planning on not moving on after and have a large group.

Albion Hotel

As far as drinks go, Albion Hotel really has it all. A huge selection of beer and wine you’ll expect to see. But, also a few you wouldn’t.

For example, the Albion Hotel currently stocks Balter’s IPA. It’s not as common as you would think and many bars tend to opt for the XPA – Isn’t that just the leftovers of all the other beers?

Anyway…

Albion hotel also offers food, pokies, and a cute garden to enjoy the outdoors carpark.

Wineism

In a dramatic turn of events, we’re getting cultured. Wineism is an absolute delight. Definitely one to consider for date night.

Situated at Albion fine trades, just behind Neighbourhood coffee roasters. One of the best things about Wineism is their cosy lounge chairs – they’re perfect for unwinding and soaking up the ambiance.

Picture yourself sinking into one of those chairs, with a small wine table nearby, sharing good company and enjoying the relaxed vibe.

At Wineism Albion, wine enthusiasts can indulge in a vast selection of over 700 wines, carefully curated by Ian Trinkle and his team.

The collection encompasses a wide variety of styles, from cult classics to hidden gems, ensuring that there is something for every palate.

In my view, Wineism is one of the best wine bars in Brisbane. It’s difficult to find top European wine across the city, but Wineism has it nailed down. Well done Wineism.

Where else?

Other than Wine bars and Breweries, Albion does offer some hybrid restaurants, cafes and bars that also serve alcohol. Trust me, you’ll never be too far away.

Be sure to review Cafes in Albion + Restaurants in Albion to find out where next.

One to visit would be Herve’s restaurant and bar. Also located in Craft’d grounds, it might be an ideal location to book a dinner following a session at Brewtide.
